Sur Sangam is the Nopany Alumni Association’s signature musical evening — a celebration where Nopanian talent takes centre stage, batchmates reconnect over melodies, and the entire alumni family comes together in the spirit of joy and nostalgia.

The second edition was celebrated on 14th March 2026 at Utsav Manch, Kankurgachi, Kolkata. Starting at 4:30 PM, the evening featured:

• 🎤 Live musical performances by talented Nopanian singers
• 🫗 Holi Meet with thandai and delicious snacks
• 📸 Photo moments to capture the reunion
• 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family-friendly atmosphere — open to all NAA members and their families

Tickets were priced at just ₹200 (GST inclusive), making it accessible for the entire community.

🌟 Special Guest

The evening was graced by Shri Rajkumar Agarwal (Batch of 1960), a Retired Aeronautical Engineer from the Indian Air Force and the most senior member of the Nopany Alumni family. His presence bridged generations — from the very first batch to today.

Sur Sangam 1.0 — Where It All Began

The inaugural Sur Sangam was held on 25th April 2024 at a hotel in Kolkata, marking NAA’s first dedicated musical gathering. It was an intimate evening where alumni came together to sing, reconnect, and celebrate the Nopanian spirit through music.

A related event — “Welcome Summer with Songs and Dance” — followed shortly after on 9th May 2024 at the Nopany High School Auditorium, bringing the music back home to where it all started.

While Sur Sangam 1.0 was a more intimate affair, it laid the foundation for what has now become a cherished annual tradition — a platform for Nopanian talent, a reunion of hearts, and a celebration of the bonds that music strengthens.

Sur Sangam continues to grow — from one Nopanian’s song to another’s, from one batch to the next, from the school corridors of memory to the stage of today. Here’s to many more editions of melody, memories, and togetherness. 🎶
