- Welcome speech by the President
- Presentation by the Treasurer
- To consider and adopt the Audited Income & Expenditure Account for the year ended 31st March 2025, and the Balance Sheet as on that date, together with the Auditors’ Report
- To appoint Auditors and fix their remuneration
- Presentation by the Secretary
- Consideration and adoption of retirement and appointment of 3 Trustees instead of 1/3rd of the Trustees for the next year
- Retirement of Trustees & induction of new Trustees
- Consider any other matter(s) with the permission of the chair
- Concluding remarks by the Trustees, if any
- Vote of thanks
